Me And My Bowflex Treadclimber TC5000

My most important fitness tool is my Bowflex Treadclimber TC5000. For my entire life I hated the thought of any kind of exercise. Hence, probably the biggest reason I became so big.

The Bowflex Treadclimber is just one of the tools I use to achieve results and I certainly don't think you can't lose weight without it although I do think exercise of any kind is a key component to weight loss. My point is that I found something to focus on that helped me stay motivated and that is all you need. You may find your focus in a exercise video or the gym or walking with a buddy.
